Hawthorn leaf and flower also play a role in promoting healthy blood pressure and vascular well-being, while cinnamon and tulsi contribute to blood sugar stability. Tulsi, in addition to its physical heart benefits, provides solace to the emotional heart by calming the spirit, alleviating stress, and fostering a sense of gratitude. (it's one of my favorite herbs!).

 This tea has a slightly tangy taste, rounded out by the flavor of rooibos, a hint of clove from the Tulsi, and a subtle touch of cinnamon spice. Try it warm in winter, or iced for a refreshing summer drink!
